RULP seeks to initiate various programs that address needs and concerns of little people. This ranges from advocacy and awareness raising, capacity building, economic empowerment and cultural activities Objectives, To advocate and awareness on equal rights and opportunities for little people.
To promote qualitative and inclusive education, vocation and rehabilitation of little people in need. To build the capacities of little people through skills development. To enable little people to have access to health services
